Return & Refund Policy-7 days Return/Exchange After Delivered Shipment

At Nestasiaa, we strive to ensure that every order is fulfilled accurately and delivered safely. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility & Conditions

We maintain a strict return policy to ensure fair and transparent operations. Returns or replacements are accepted ONLY under the following condition:

  • Wrong Item Delivered: You received an item completely different from what was ordered (wrong product, design, or specification).

Note: Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted for personal preference, slight color variations, size issues, or minor packaging wear during transit.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim a return or replacement for a wrong product, a clear and unedited unboxing video is strictly compulsory.

The unboxing video must fulfill all the following requirements:

  • The video must start before opening the original outer courier packaging/bag.

  • The shipping label showing the Tracking ID, Name, and Address must be clearly visible in the video.

  • The video must be recorded in one single continuous shot without any cuts, pauses, or edits.

  • The entire opening process and the wrong product received must be clearly visible in the frame.

⚠️ WARNING: NO UNBOXING VIDEO = NO RETURN / NO REFUND / NO REPLACEMENT. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances without a valid, unedited unboxing video.

3. How to File a Return Claim

If you received a wrong product and have a valid unboxing video, please submit your request within [24 to 48 hours] of delivery:

  1. Send an email or WhatsApp message containing your Order ID.

  2. Attach the original, uncut Unboxing Video along with photos of the delivered parcel.

4. Inspection & Resolution

  • Once our quality team reviews and verifies your unboxing video, we will approve the return/replacement request.

  • A replacement or full refund will be processed after the returned parcel passes physical verification at our warehouse.
